Denise Ginsburg, Spiritual Healer, PYT, has six yoga certifications, including Yoga Therapy, Yoga for Depression, and Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy. She is also certified in Clinical Thai Bodywork, Nutrition, Ayurvedic Practice, and is a Master Teacher at the School of Wise Earth Ayurveda, which she studied under Sri Swamini Mayatitananda.
Genevieve Ward, formerly of Studio G, developed her signature pilatesG method out of a passion for pilates, power, and a desire to see true transformation in the body and mind. With a B.A in Psychology from Bucknell University and further graduate course study at a non-denominational seminary in Massachusetts, Genevieve bridges psychology and pilates into a workout that is designed to bring the mind and body in harmony and create a new state of Being.
