Spa Etiquette
Appointment Policy | We require a credit card at the time of booking in order to reserve tha ppointment. We recommend that you book appointments in advance in order to receive your preferred date, time, and therapist for your services.
Cancellation Policy | We require at least 24 hours notice when canceling an appointment. There is a 50%charge for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance and 100% charge for 'no shows'.
Gratuities | If you are pleased with the services you have received, it is customary to give a 15% to 20% gratuity to your therapists. Denise requests any extra gratuities be given to the charity Pathways
Late Arrivals | We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your first appointment. If you are late, we can offer you the time remaining on your treatment or gladly reschedule you for another day at a 100% charge for the missed appointment.
Gift Certificates | Blissful Heights gift certificates make the perfect gift for all occasions. Gift certificates may be purchased for any of our treatments or services. |
